This Chicken Parmesan Meatball Skillet is so easy to make and super versatile!

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THESE CHICKEN PARMESAN MEATBALLS
This is a super versatile dish that is easy to make and loaded in flavor and not a lot of ingredients. This dish also makes a lot of meatballs, so you can make a few different meals! That is what you will love about this dish: you make the meatballs, and then you can make many dishes and enjoy them for a few days.
SUPER VERSATILE DISH
You can make these meatballs and use them for a few different meals. First, make some delicious pasta and serve it over pasta. The sauce is great and will be great over pasta! Second, you can also serve the meatballs over rice, which is delicious. Third, grab some sub rolls and make a meatball sub. Add the meatballs and some cheese, and broil in the oven for about 30 seconds. So good! You can also buy some Texas Toast and just have these over that. Super easy and great.
Not a fan of chicken? You can definitely use ground turkey or ground beef.

TIP
We make these meatballs in an iron skillet because this dish will end up in the oven for about 10 minutes. If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, simply make them, then transfer them to a baking dish to bake in the oven.
CAN YOU FREEZE THESE? HALF THIS RECIPE?
Yes, you could freeze these meatballs. You could also cut this recipe in half pretty easily if you needed to, without any real changes; just use half a pound of chicken and cut the other ingredients too.
